My Allerdale enables you to report issues to Allerdale Borough Council.
My Allerdale is a mobile app that enables you to report issues to Allerdale Borough Council. You can attach photos, video and other relevant information to your report and pin point the exact location with easy-to-use maps. Your report will be received by the Council’s Customer Services team and then forwarded to the relevant department who will deal with the report. You’ll be kept fully informed along the way. Current Features· Submit a report.· Receive information about your submitted report by SMS, push notification or email.· View your submitted reports.· Add notes to existing reports.· Handy links to the Allerdale website, e.g. council tax bands, planning applications, jobs, etc.· Integrated help. Cannot find bin collection calendar
Very complicated 2 use should be more straightforward
clunky interface very 00s. Have to enter address details every single time you want to check the bin calendar despite being logged into the app
This app has really come on from when it first came out, good layout and easy to use. Great for reporting issues and links into the website very well.
Hard To use and navigate
Registration isn't user friendly. If you want the password to be over a certain length and contain certain characters then say so on the password page, or at least point out all errors at the same time instead of one at a time. It's annoying for users.
Installed. Tells me my login details are invalid and I've literally just created an account. Awful.
